Daniel Margolin is a founding member of Stephens Margolin P.C. which he started with C. Sean Stephens after practicing at The Law Office of Daniel S. Margolin in Portland, Oregon.

Mr. Margolin is a Portland native. He received his law degree from the nationally acclaimed New York University School of Law. He concentrates his practice in all areas of family law, including divorce, child custody, parenting time and visitation, child support, third-party, step-parent and grandparentÕs rights, child support modification and enforcement, enforcement of parenting time, restraining orders, contempt proceedings, domestic partnership dissolution, spousal support, post-judgment modifications, Collaborative Divorce, Appeals and all other family law matters.
